Our new unique zero deposit scheme is now available on all our managed properties.

There's no insurance premium to pay, no lengthy forms, no delays, no renewal fees and reduced admin fees (Option 2 only). Once our standard tenant reference checks have been completed you simply pay one months rent and then move into your new property and if you select our No Deposit Plus scheme there's no up front administration fee to pay either.

Information For Landlords
In the current economic climate many tenants want to rent and need to rent but are struggling with all the fees and costs associated with renting a property.

That's why we have created a unique fully guaranteed no deposit scheme, landlords don't need to worry as we guarantee all deposit payments meaning there is no change or risk to the landlord, infact its easier if tenants choose the scheme as we can release funds at the end of tenancy immediately should there be any issues. Unlike insurance based schemes which our competitors use our scheme will also release deposit payments for missed rent (up to the value of the original deposit amount).
