1 - If you see a property you like make sure you pay your holding deposit as soon as possible, without this we are unable to begin our referencing

2 - Complete our online application form, this speeds up the entire process

3 - When completing the reference form make sure you fill in all the sections, empty forms will take longer to process

4 - Inform your employer that we will be contacting them to ask for a reference

5 - Have your I.D and proof of address documentation ready for copying

It generally takes 5-7 working days to complete our referencing procedures, by following the above hints and tips your application may well take far less time to complete.
